Q. I'm not "technically inclined," how hard is it to operate this thing?

A. This is truly the simplest wireless remote control ever made. We've designed the iCue with that thought in mind.

We have designed the our Virtual Soundman products to operate the most popular portable music players available, so you don't have to learn new technology.

The remote control is basically an "extension" of the music device ... without the wired cord!

All other necessary features needed are automatic and preprogrammed and available at the press of a button.

Q. To what do you attribute your apparent success amidst the cloud of distortion of the more expensive, highly publicized competitor?

A. The easiest temptation would have been to bully, or invent flaws and weaknesses in the competitor. That would only be petty and ultimately be fruitless. The customers would get caught in the middle and end up losing in the end..

So, I simply did the Smart thing, and I asked around!

You know, I asked the customers what they needed, and allowed them to give me input on the final designs. This is empowering!

Q. We see you at every conference, it is apparent that you are making a difference, how did you go about changing the industry?

A. Well, I am not so smart to think that whatever I thought would be best for the entire industry. Instead, I challenged myself to be honest and thoughtful enough to help others succeed from where they stand. That is when I started to ask potential customers what they thought and needed.

My goal has always been to provide the best technology in the simplest package so that the live performer has peace of mind, and the freedom and boldness to be spontaneous while live on stage.

That is after all what my technology did for me, and I wanted to give that to others. So I started with this principle, and in the end, I am serving their needs, and not the other way around!

Looking out for the customer's profit and not mine - was not only the Smart thing, it is the Right thing to do!

I believe that is how I am changing the industry, by being always willing to give customers what they want and need so they can succeed at the highest levels, and they are.
