If you are in need of support for your iCue, please refer
to the PDF documents provided above for troubleshooting. If you still need help, please e-mail
or call for support. If for any reason, your unit needs to be returned,
you must fill out the Repair request
form and include it with your unit.
Sony Extended Warranties;
We at the Virtual Soundman know how much you are invested in your equipment, so we did some
footwork for you;
If you need an extended warranty program to protect you from losing your Sony investment we suggest
that you give Sony a call. The number is (877)518-7669 Use option #1. You may purchase this
2 or 3 year plan from up to 11 months after your initial purchase, and extend a more
comprehensive coverage that covers accidental breakage, not just normal malfunctions. The
prices are $35, and $56 respectively. You will need the date of purchase and the serial
number in order to call- that’s all there is to it!
